OncoAI Pro is offered as a monthly subscription that renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel the subscription.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Your Pro access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period.
• No further subscription charges will be made unless you subscribe again.
• At the end of the paid billing period, your account automatically returns to the Free Plan.

Refund Policy

Initial-purchase refund window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.

Refunds are available only for the initial subscription payment. Refund eligibility is evaluated based on account activity and service usage. Refund requests may be denied if the service has been substantially used, including but not limited to:

• Extensive use of prediction services;
• Use of premium analysis features, including Batch Analysis;
• Exporting prediction results, cohort outputs, or reports.

Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable. This does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We encourage users to evaluate OncoAI using the Free Plan before purchasing Pro.
