Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the GenMabs LLC website, OncoAI, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information.
Permitted Use
Responsible and lawful use
You may use our services only for lawful research, educational, analytical, and authorized professional purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the services for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activities;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, source code, or infrastructure;
- Interfere with service availability, security, or performance;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, resell, or redistribute the services except as expressly permitted by law or written agreement;
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others;
- Use automated means to circumvent usage limits or subscription controls.
Accounts
Account security and responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify GenMabs promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service, or GenMabs.
Subscriptions
Free and paid plans
Certain services may be offered through free or paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, plan features, billing intervals, refunds, and cancellation rules are described at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change features or pricing prospectively, with reasonable notice when required.
Research & Medical Use
Not a substitute for professional judgment
GenMabs services provide research, analytical, and decision-support information. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Outputs must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions and must be independently reviewed by qualified professionals.

Intellectual Property
Ownership and limited license
The services, software, designs, text, graphics, models, workflows, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to GenMabs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these terms, GenMabs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
OncoAI™, TumorGPT™, GenMabs LLC branding, and associated marks may not be used without written permission.
Disclaimers
Service availability and limitations
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. GenMabs does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for every purpose. Models and data may contain uncertainty, limitations, and bias.
Limitation of Liability
Allocation of risk
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenMabs LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
General Terms
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
